As proposições do governo não foram aceitas pela categoria, a greve continua por tempo indeterminado.
O Judiciário se omite e não acena favoravelmente para nós( isto deveria ser algo instantâneo) quando o direito do povo estivesse ameaçado. Mas isto não acontece aqui nas terras Brazilians - quanto mais emperrada a máquina pública mais lenta a justiça.
Em Minas, o recorrente é o descumprimento da Lei: O piso virá Lei para o território Nacional e os três poderes arrumem um jeito de não cumprir a Lei.
Abole-se o uso de algemas ( graças a um banqueiro) em Minas a marca é exatamente as algemas- diz que é para garantir a ordem pública.
Estabelecem direito de greve e encontram um desembargador (o Judiciário) para nos transformar em foras da Lei. ( ver greve 2010).
Direito de voz e liberdade de manifestações ( também previstos em lei) são reeprendidas a gás de pimenta e prisões, entre outras violências físicas ( ver manifestação na cidade administrativa e outros eventos públicos promovidos pelo sindicato.)
Pagamento do servidor é cortado, no entanto, a lei diz que isto é inscontitucional. Mas aqui em Minas se faz, sem que ocorra um desagravo entre os poderes.
Mas afinal, os tais poderes não foram feitos para controlar um ao outro? Para exatamente evitar os abusos? Não foi isto que estipulou Montesquieu no espiríto das Leis. E não é este espiríto que deveria nortear todas as democracias?
O Sind-UTE/MG ajuiza 1723 ações de cobrança pelo pagamento do Piso na Vara da Fazenda Pública em BH e continua lutando por esta via e até agora nada.
Mas para onde vamos, com este restolho de democracia? Deve existir um meio de sermos ouvidos- há tablóides no estrangeiro , loucos para destronar este tipo de "democracia" que se faz passar no mundo como exemplo e como referência.
Arruma um jeito sindicato de achar esta via - temos que ultrapassar os murinhos de Minas, do Brasil e achar um grupo realmente disposto a denunciar a barbárie da pseudo- democracia que existe por aqui : o jeitinho brasileiro de fazer democracia não condiz com o que de fato queremos - educação de qualidade, saúde e principalmente resgate de Direitos. Não queremos ajeitos, nem jeitinhos, queremos JUSTIÇA Social.

Union find a way to find this way - we have to overcome the low wall of Minas Gerais, Brazil and actually find a group willing to denounce the barbarity of pseudo-democracy that exists here: the Brazilian way of doing democracy does not equate with that of really want - quality education, health and especially redemption rights. We do not want adjusted, not quick fixes, we want to Social Justice.
